Still ciders are non-sparkling ciders made with fully ripened apples. The volume of alcohol ranges from 1.5% to 15%. The sweetness code can vary as well – dry ciders contain sugar levels of under 25g/l, while sweet ciders contain sugar levels of over 25g/l.
