Apple Jelly Roll
1 sponge cake, homemade
1 jar apple jelly
Icing sugar
Bake cake 25 minutes in drip pan 10 1/2 x 15 in.
Flip cake onto a kitchen towel, sprinkle with icing sugar.
Roll cake and towel together.
Place on cake rack and let cool.
Unroll, remove towel, quickly fill with fork-crushed jelly.
Roll again.
Let cool, sprinkle with icing sugar.
